Question blackberry plug_in downloading error

Please Login to Remove!
i am trying to download eclipse plug_in 1.3 from blackberry site but it stop downloading some time on 23% or more. I am unable to download plugin.................
plz suggest me from where i can download and how................

Reading various postings on the internet including Rimxxx8217;s I would suggest you check to insure you have the necessary support software installed. There seems to be multiple issues that could cause this.

hey i have a pearl 8100 and i have tryed to download facebook and upgrade my phone but it says "sorry your device doesnt meet the system requirements that are needed to support (whatever i download)" i havent got a disk for my computer, but i do have blackberry software on my computer but i can not connect my phone to the computer through USB. someone please help me!!!

Do you have an active BlackBerry Data Plan?
Do you have the proper device OS on the device to run the application?

nah i didnt get much with my phone just charger USB and headphones
