Default Email Problems

I have a Blackberry 8530.

I am using it in Brazil with the network of TIM.

4 days ago i activated my email on my phone.
every thing was working and i was happy

yesterday i didn't receive anything any more.
every time i try to send something i get the red cross.

when i try to get to my email settings it says: Your device had a problem connecting to the server.

What can it be?
my internet is working. and i can see my email in my browser.

All suggestions are welcome.

I assume that you have a BB dat aplan from your carrier since email was working previously.

Have you tried a battery pull? 1st step to take if device is having problems? - BlackBerryFAQ

Fist two steps i did.
On step two i get replay that i am registered.

but still not working.
It is like i dont have a Blackberry acount any more.
Step 3 i dont get how it works.
i was looking for the globlal site but ther is nothing there.

calling is not an option right now.
i dont speek portugees

their web site indicates a link for international customers but it does not work. I translated the web page and they also state full support for customer service. The weird thing is they dont offer any language support but tout the international support.
Unless you can find someone who has a connection to an internal number for english support you might just call and see if they can figure out they need to get someone to help. Limited but not much you can do otherwise.
