i changed SIM card recently to pay as you go and now my internet says it it Wi-Fi connection only so i went through the host router table and clicked register now but nothings happenned is there anything else i have to do?

im not sure i went to the shop and they said i have to register it on the blackberry site or something they werent very clear

Yes you have to create a BIS account on Orange's BIS site.
Were you already using your Blackberry on a contract sim? Or is this also a new blackberry?

well i bought the phone on a contract then i changed form contract sim to payg sim, but i went ot the the orange shop and they told me to go on the blackberry website but that site is useless

So you were using your blakcberry for blackberry services? You had setup email, or created a BIS account to get usage of BBM, internet etc?

and either login, or create an account.

At this point, I would call Orange and ask to confirm you have a blackberry data plan, and then if you already have a BIS account activate with your device.

You need to log into Orange's BIS page and enter the PIN and IMEI of your BlackBerry to associate your data plan with your device.
