Recently i recived a verizon bb tour as a gift. I set it a data plan wiht BIS included.

But since then (a month ago), edge never turns UPPER, so i called VZW to chek if the phone was reported but it doesn't.

When i send the HRT registration pop ups a window "Registration message sent". Then I can see in the right-up side of the screen an arrow switching up and down, so the message is sent and answered back, but i still haven't anything.

Any help is apreciate.

Try logging into your BIS page at Verizon and re-entering your IMEI and PIN numbers like you're changing devices.

You can also delete your service books and then use HRT to register with the network again.
