app world wont let me buy any apps
Hey guys, first post on bff!

I am having problems with buying apps from app world on my new BB torch 9800 i keep getting this message.

We are unable to process your card at this time, please verify the information you have entered is correct.[11000]

the info is 100% correct.
I have tried plenty of things to avoid this

Using the app world from my pc, i still get the error message
reset the cache.
pulled battery out.
updated to latest version app world 2.1
remade my user id.
changed password.
changed the currency type to my regions.
made sure the app is available for my region and all the rest.

contacted my service provider and some other things, i am now very frustrated lol i can dl free apps no probs its only for apps that cost money. Please help me out. Thanks, BUD

Are you using a credit, debit, atm, or prepaid debit card?

Your error message indicates the credit card type your using is not accepted or the credit card company has a security restriction in place. That may explain why it also happens on the PC.

Information from RIM.

This issue can occur if there are security measures in place to block or prevent online purchases with a credit card. Confirm with your credit card company that there are no restrictions in place that could prevent an online purchase.

This is a previously reported issue that is currently being investigated. No resolution time frame is currently available.

Another form of payment can be tried, such as a different credit card, a PayPal® account, or through wireless service provider billing if it is available.

BlackBerry App World 2.0 supports several billing methods including PayPal®, major credit cards, and payment through the wireless service provider.

The BlackBerry® smartphone user can modify this option by following these steps:

Open BlackBerry App World 2.0 on the BlackBerry smartphone.
Press the Menu key and click My World.
Press the Menu key and click Payment Options.
Enter the BlackBerry® ID and password, and click Login.
The current billing method can be updated from this screen.

Note: Depending on the wireless service provider, country, or organization, payment through the wireless service provider might not be supported. In addition, some countries or regions do not allow PayPal or do not support certain credit cards. If the billing option you are looking for does not appear on the list, it is not currently supported by your wireless service provider.
