ok so i don't really know how to explain this, but i just really need help about my blackberry. so my friend has a blackberry and on hers, the messages were all by name, and then you would click on a name and it would have the sent and received messages almost like a chat style or something. i have a red blackberry curve 8330 for us cellular and just got it. please help me out and tell me how i can fix it. thanks.

What model BB does she have and what is the OS level. Are you talking about text messages?

yeah, i'm talking about text messages and i dont know which one she says but how do i like make the text messages like in chat style where they are like all right up next to each other.

You need OS 5 for conversation style messages; which I believe isn't available for the 8330

Boost Mobile released a version of 5.0 for the 8330.

Note that the 8330 BARELY has enough memory to run 5.0 so installing it might slow down the device.

Note also that it will not work on an 8330m.
