I'm not familiar with what you are doing. Are you using a full html web page, a mobile-friendly web page, an app, or what?
You ought to complete your blackberryforums.com profile. What device model number? (bold isn't descriptive enough.) And what OS version?
What is your free memory (or files free) value on the device?
Do you have any other apps running at the same time you have a problem? There are several core apps that are always running and can't be closed. Look at everything else and close/fully exit all other apps. Pay attention to apps that are set to run in the background when closed, and fully exit those as well. Then test and see if you still have the problem.
