Default error code 31001

Please Login to Remove!

I installed the app webex in my Curve 8520, but when logging I got the error code 31001.
Does anybody know what does this error mean?

Kinda sounds like an app error to me. Have you looked at the Webex support site for help. Here are a couple links I found. Good luck.

I found out that it could be related to my credentials. Logging with the credentials of a colleague, it works.
