Default Help needed for BB Tour 9630

i just got an Bb tour 9630 on the net and its unlocked. but there isnt any native browser in the handset. the browser with the icon of a globe or somesort.

pls advice

You need a BlackBerry data plan on your account in order to get the browser option. Once you have that BlackBerry data plan the browser icon will appear. The native browser has the same icon but what you're seeing without the right data plan is probably the WiFi Hotspot browser.

Once you have the BlackBerry data plan active on your account, open the browser and use the Menu key to select Options > Browser Configuration and ensure the you're set to Browser: Internet Browser.
