I'm out of ideas.
I'm assuming you did the desktop manager upgrade that was released a few days ago. I mean literally just days ago. But maybe in your distraction with troubleshooting you did not. If that is the case, you might try the latest ver 6 of desktop manager.
Other than that I don't have any ideas.
