Default Why can't I run Google Maps

Please Login to Remove!
I'm having problems running google maps on my curve 9300 after upgrading from a curve 8310. The app downloads but will not function . The 9300 was preloaded with ATT navigator & ATT Maps. Can someone give me a solution to this problem, Thanx in advance.

What do you mean "will not function"? We need more information please such as error message, etc.

Do you have a BB data plan activated on your account?

If so, have you tried a battery pull?
