My trackpad does not scroll down properly and every now and then its starts scrolling up by itself... i have tried everything from updating the memory and RAM to pulling the battery and vacuuming the the key to blowing compressed air into it... what is the matter? HELP!!

Have you dropped the phone? Has it been wet or in a damp environment? Either of these can explain the problem. Another is it simply has worn out. Parts are available on the internet if you feel like doing the repair.
