hey guys,
i accidentally dropped my bb 9700 into a glass of water.
i soaked it in rice and it comes out and all, but sadly my blackberry is in a continuos loop of restarting. it shows the red led light, then the blackberry loading bar where it loads for about 8-10 seconds before restarting and going back to the red led. I tried using app loader but my phone keeps restarting so it says it couldn't complete.
so i'm stuck and was wondering if anyone could please explain it step by step.

If you turned it on before completely drying, you probably fried it.

$$ mean nothing in this case. Electronics and moisture dont mix. You can *try* to do what the procedure listed and hope.

What should have happened is remove the battery immediately after the swim and leave it out until everything is dry.
