Question Send SMS/BBM from website to my BB phone?

Can I send a SMS from a website to my BBM or BB phone?

If YES where?!

I do not want to activate the email program as i do not want to be overwhelmed
with emails but i would like to send a list of contact details to my phone in
notepad or anything i can copy/paste list into
- so that I can update contacts -
[many lost/left on old phone]

I do not want to up/down load my contact details from my PC

Can one use phone with gay abandon while itxxx8217;s recharging?
Was told by alleged BB expert that it would damage the battery

I have not heard of that capability.

I assume that you did not sync to Outlook or similar or have a backup?

"sync to Outlook or similar or have a backup" i use Opera and have nooo idea how to sync! let alone what it means!

you have given me an idea how to get the message to my bb phone!

V disheartening.... and where is the profile page for settings ie to get email if someone leaves an comment &/or to see if there are any BB geniuses out there who know how to solve BB mysteries? this is a weird forum!

You need a BB data plan for email.

Call your cell carrier to have them add it.

still no idea where to find my message settings on this forum _ ie to get an email if and when someone posts a comment..
