I have had my blackberry bold 9780 for 4 days, and it has just suddenly stopped working.
I picked it up and it was at a weird white screen with a list of stuff on it, and then a window popped up that said
"Uncaught exception: java.lang.Nullpointer exception [ok]"
so i clicked ok, and then it brought me to a white screen that said
"app error 606 [reset]"
so i clicked reset, and i did the whole thing all over again!
Now, even if i don't click anything, it will just keep going to the white reset screen.
I have tried pulling out the battery, the sim card, and the memory card, but none have worked.

Please help if you can! I miss my phone :(

Then reinstall the device software.

Be careful with third-party apps and themes. Add them back one at a time and test before adding the next.

If for some reason you can't get JL_CMDER, you can also use BBSAK. Search and you'll find it easy.
