I got the wonderful "do-not reply" message telling me that I can no longer receive emails from one of my accounts. I figured it was because I changed the password of the account.
I went into the e-mail options and wanted to update the account, but got a message saying I had to update either the account management software or the g-mail plug in (sorry I don't remember which). I went started to do the update (downloading from RIM) and it failed.
Now, my device is still receiving e-mail, but I can't get in to my e-mail options. If I go to setup and click on e-mail, I get the display showing intern and enterprise messages, but that's far as I can go. From within the message screen, when I hit "options," I get nothing.
I've searched, but cant find an answer, so I'm hoping someone can help.
