Hi! Please help me! I really want to use BBM to contact all my friends and family.
Heres my story:
So I am originally a Canadian, Rogers customer. And I bought my 9300 from Rogers, and used bbm and email with Rogers when I lived in Canada. But I just moved to Austria for work, and I want to use the 9300 I purchased from Rogers here with the T-Mobile network. I already unlocked my phone, and have a contract with T-Mobile and added a Blackberry plan to my contract.
But for some reason, my bb wont register to the T-mobile network to use BBM (but I can use my 9300 as a normal phone). But I have already went to Options --> Advanced Options -> Host routing Table and clicked "Register Now" and have received an email From: Blackberry, stating "Your handheld has been registered with the wireless network."
And I also called Rogers, and they said they removed my bb registration with Rogers, so I should have no problems.. And I already did a security wipe on my phone and rebooted my phone.. and i STILL CAN'T REGISTER! And the people at T-mobile said they can't help me either..
someone PLEASE HELP ME! I don't want to have to buy another bb, as I just got this phone a couple months ago.
