| Problems with Synchronization Please Login to Remove! Hi There
I just joined the forum and i think its great..
I'm having a problem with Blackberry Desktop Manager..
I am using my company lap top which is connected to the internet via our LAN connections. I've been trying to synchronize my contacts with outlook for sometime now but every time i click on the synchronization button, it comes up wih this error "Your computer must be connected to the internet to perform this operation. Please ensure you are conected to the internet and try again"..
My internet is working just fine and I have tested it to make sure. Why would it come up with an error like this, I am using Blackberry Desktop Manager V5.01. I have BIS and not BES and I am using an exchange server, not sure if that would cause anything.
I hope someone can help me resolve this problem. Thanks
