|  Activation Failed 8310

I am running the Enterprise Server Express Version: 5.0.2.29.
I have a few 8310 devices that working fine with my server but I have 2 devices that failed in Wireless activation, all of them have the same OS version (4.5.0.182).
After wipe I am getting a BB message that my handheld has been registered with the wireless network.
At logs I see "MAPIMailbox::HandleObjectModifiedNotification - OpenEntry (0x8004010f) failed"
Can one of you advice how I can debug it?
