I went to use my blackberry, since someone sent me a text. As I went to unlock it, the trackpad was seemingly stuck on the bottom option. I hit "u" to unlock it, entered my password and it didn't work. I finally got to the number of tries where is asks you to enter "blackberry" when I found out (one of) my problem(s). The keys were all messed up. When I hit "b", it jumped to "i" and then if I hit it again, it was back to "b" I slowly managed to get it to unlock, but then the trackpad wouldn't move and I was stuck...

It shows no sign of water damage, hasn't been wet and was working fine an hour before I went to use it...

Please help!

If you sure the BB has not been wet or damaged and was not in a very damp environment like a shower room then the first thing to do is a backup. Then you can try a wipe and see if it then works. The Wipe will delete any information of apps you installed. If it does not then you can try a OS replacement using desktop manager ( not OTA) or an upgrade. Last resort is to go online and get a replacement keyboard . There are videos you can also watch online on parts replacement. Do not order parts from Ebay.
