Hi all,

I tried this afternoon to update my 9780: as a result, it crashed.
Afterwards, it did not completely start again and freezed when
99% of the start-up process was completed. I tried to
take off the battery for 5min: it did not change anything
and my bb still freezed at 99% the next time I rebooted it.

It happened in the past and I could still connect the bb to my
computer and restore it. This time, it is different because
I have set up a password. When I try to restore my 9780,
bb-desktop manager asks for password: this is fine,
I can enter the password. Next, it is said that I have to enter
the password on the blackberry: it is impossible since the bb
is freezed --> I cannot restore my bb this way.

Has anyone encountered the same problem ? Any suggestions ?
