Default Installing new Messenger and not getting old pins back

Please Login to Remove!

I am sure this have been asked many times...here i go:

I dropped my BB Javelin on the floor and the battery went out. When i put it back, it showed me the singn that i have to formated the deviced in order for it to work...at least this is what the BB experts told me and he did so.

After installing the new software, of course i did loose everything, but the issue comes with the BB Messenger:

I remmember this happened to me years ago and i just asked in my provider BB link to send me the books and it restored all data in the BB but now, i donīt find that feature in my provider BB page.

I have no contacts there, but all of my friends have my pin in their BBs. When they write to me, the message of "do you want to add XX again?" appear to them and they accept...and i just receive there messeges.

The problem is, when i want to add one of those pins back to my new messenger, my friends never receive the messege of me wanting to add them...the adding function stays kind of in Stand By, and if they write, apparently they even donīt receive the messege asking them to add me again.

I can just add new pins that i havenīt had before the incident!

What should i do to reconnect all those pins in my messenger? i cannot go behind everyone of them telling them to write a hello to me in order for me to have them back...it sounds annoying!
