I purchased a Garmin 265T gps navigation system. It comes with bluetooth functionality. It pairs fine with my BB9700 (v6.0.0.461, Platform 6.6.0.137) and for the first two weeks it worked fine for phone calls. However, then a problem started where the caller on the other end hears so much reverberation and feedback that a conversation cannot be carried on. My end sounds fine. This problem is ongoing and constant with different people on different phones, so the bluetooth functionality of my Garmin is virtually useless. I contacted Garmin customer support and they just said the 9700 is not supported (which would have been nice to know but it was not shown on the box when I bought it), but that still does not explain why it worked fine for 2 weeks. And are most bluetooth devices not compatible anyway? Any ideas or similar experiences?
