|  Blackberry Storm Glitch

I am getting a glitch everyday in my blackberry storm 9530 device.i have upgraded my OS but i am still getting this problem.When the glitch come to the device, its start acting weird.I cant scroll up or down nor cant click/touch the specific icon.I have uploaded glitch video in youtube hope you will understand my problem and give me a solution
