I am new to this forum, so please forgive me if this has already been discussed in a previous forum. I have a Blackberry 9780 with a Data plan on AirTel (India). Up until two days ago, I was able to use all blackberry services (e-mail, BBM, etc.) throught WIFI. For the past two days I am not able to get any of these services through WIFI. I am able to surf the internet with the broser through WIFI, but none of my blackberry services are workig through WIFI. I am traveling which is why I am connecting through WIFI. My wife has the same issue with her phone. Please Help.....

Do you have a BB data plan? I assume that you do, but you need to confirm that it is still active.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I have a data plan. I have done all the steps you mentioned before posting my problems. From what I gather on other forums, there seems to be a global BIS issue over WIFI. In the UK as well as Trinidad people are posting issues exactly the same as mine, BIS not working over WIFI........
