I have a curve 3g which displays an error "545". I have tried to upgrade my os system twice but it hasnt worked. the loading bar completes 3/4 way then the phone reboots andit stops at the same place and comes up with the white screen displaying "JVM Error 545" under that it says "Reset".

i have been advised to wipe my blackberry completely. but the only 2 ways i know how to do is via bbsak or JL_Cmder. But both of which never work for me

when i load up bbsak it says "No Device Detected, Push OK to continue"

and for JL cmder, it doesnt even load up properly, when i install and run it, it asks me how to open the software so i click the recommended option "Command Prompt" and it comes up with normal cmd and not the phone type layout i have seen.


Please help me fix my phone

Sometimes, Jl_cmder takes a few tries before it will connect. Did you read the 2 FAQ articles on it?

Have you tried BBSAK? Use Google to find it.

Try BBSAK if all else fails - use Google to find it.

ive read the faqs and cant find anything on how to run jl cmder properly. when i click on it it asks me to install then it asks me what program i want to use to run it..i selected command prompt but when it comes on its just like normal command prompt and not the phone shaped writting etc

do you even read my replies? ive said twice BBSAK wont recognise my phone, i already have the program

Try removing the battery and SD card. Plug into a wall charger and then plug into the PC directly, not via a hub.

Does that do anything?
