This is the 3rd forum Ive posted on hopefully someone can help.

I recently changed the password for my main email address and I got this error on my phone, thinking I just had to enter my new password, but every time I do so I just get this error, I have tried removing the account and adding it again but the same thing happens. Adding a different hotmail account works no problems, but this is my main account so I really need this on my phone, any ideas? (I just updated to OS6 and still have the same issue)

Most likely a Microsoft problem. Have you tried our SEARCH or GOOGLE?

yes, either I am searching the wrong terms, or both are bringing up dead ends, though other people have had similar issues, cant seem to find a fix anywhere, any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked a Microsoft forum?

the second link was helpful, I didnt get the error, but I cant receive any emails, though I can still send them
