We have just bought 2 BB Curve 9300 handsets, and we are having problems connecting them to our Netgear DG834Gv5 wireless router. We can connect one BB OK, or we can restart the router and connect the other BB OK but we cannot get both connected to the AP at the same time. When one is connected the other displays the message "Unable to associate with the network". The router uses WPA-PSK encryption, there is no access control on the router and as the BBs will connect individually it seems that the BBs are OK with the encryption. We need to have both able to connect at the same time. Any ideas? We are new to BB devices!

Connecting BB's to a wireless router generally is easy provided the router uses standard connectivity methods. Your router has a feature called WPS that allows devices to be automatically added. It appears this feature requires a different approach if you have devices that do not support the feature. You must set up each device manually by entering various numbers required. I would also suggest you will need to manually give each a separate IP address and avoid using DHCP. The router may think the BB is a single device for some reason, again i suspect the WPS.
