i have a blackberry bold 9780 on network 3 and in my deal i have unlimited internet and blackberry internet services, until this week it has been working fine, but now even when i am in perfect reception ( capital 3G and full reception bars) i cannot get the bis symbol ( the little 4 circular blackberry icons) unless i connect over wifi :/ is there anything i can do ? please help

First step is always a 30-second battery pull while the BlackBerry is turned on. This will force a reboot but won't erase any of your data.

If that doesn't fix it you can log into the BIS page at 3 and re-enter your PIN and IMEI as if you're changing devices. Under Help on the BIS page there should be an option to resend your service books.

After that you'll need to call 3 and make sure your account is properly provisioned.
