Hi Guys

I am having a problem with my bb pearl 9100. I found a similar thread but there the user did not know what had happened before the issue. Here I do know.

Signal was on SOS and red. I decided to pull out the battery and do a reset. Since this had fix the issue before. Turned it off, and did it. but it was a nogo.

A coworker came by and since he did have signal on his bb he went to the signal icon (top right hand corner) on the main screen and reset the signal. Those are his words..

After that the signal remained the same but the bb was to slow to responde. If you move from icon to icon you could notice a second delay to responde.

Turned the bb off, removed the battery and put it back in. To our surprise the device does not boot anymore. All it does is show the Blackberry screen and the white bar going across. It finishes loading and it just sits there. Tried to reset it again, same thing. Removed the sd card same thing, removed the sim card, same thing. I let the battery out for like 4 hrs, put it back in same thing.

If I connect it to the pc It does get recongnized and device manager tries to connect but as soon as the bar on the bb reaches the end it does nothing more. It hangs the device manager.

Not sure how to move up from here. Fo the help on this thanks in advance.

Follow the nuked procedure and is up and running again.!!!
