I have a blackberry 9530 Verizonwireless, the problem I have is to credit it with credit voucher. what happens is that, when I enter the number on the voucher in the phone, instead of showing me how muchcredit /balance, it behaves like Iam making a call and does not credit the phone. What I do is remove the SIM card from my BB into another phone after it has been credited then I put it back in the BB for me to be able to make calls. could it be settings? what should I do.

Nope, Verizon discovered the Blackberry and is blocking the function. Blackberrys require a full plan including a Data plan to function correctly.
