A few weeks ago i dropped my blackberry curve in a rock pool (stupid i know) and it worked fine after i sorted it out and stuff. a few days ago it was working fine and i left it on while i went to sleep. the next morning it wouldnt turn on, so i plugged it in to charge and a red light came on for a bit but then went off and my bb still wont turn on! i tried swapping the battery but that wouldnt work! anyone know what has happened and what will fix it?

What has happened is you got the BlackBerry wet.

You don't say exactly what you did after you got it wet. If you removed the battery right away and then dried the BlackBerry thoroughly then you might have been able to save the device. That is might have. Corrosion may have followed and eventually caused failure.

Odds are the BlackBerry is FUBAR now and would cost more to make it serviceable than to buy another one.
