Default Hotmail Problem

Please Login to Remove!

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a little help. Suddenly, whenever I delete an email (Hotmail) on my desktop (web, not outlook), it does not delete it on my BB (Bold 9000). It used to, but it doesn't anymore.

I went into my BIS account and there is no option like in my gmail account to sync deleted items.

Did Hotmail change something? Is there another option I don't know about to get the emails deleted on my BB from my Hotmail account?

Thanks.

Default Re: Hotmail Problem

Hotmail has had issues with the way it interacts with BlackBerry devices for years.

They will need to fix it on the Hotmail side.

Your options are just to manually delete them to switch to a different email provider.
