Default iMac wont connect to bold 9700

Please Login to Remove!

Hello. I just got a iMac and downloaded the desktop manager for it. Its version 2.0.1 Build 14. My iMac OS is OS X Version 10.6.7. When i connect my blackberry to the USB, desktop manager starts up automatically, and it asks me to put the password to connect to my blackberry. When i successfully put in the password, it says connecting for a minute and it stops. I recognized my phone and my model and phone number and everything, but it wont connect to it. I cant access it, update my OS, sync it, nothing. I even bought a new USB cable but that doesnt work either. Any suggestions please?

You're not connecting through a hub, right? Direct connection is the recommended setup. Maybe try rebooting your iMac while the BlackBerry is connected.

What a hub lol. And the usb is connected to the blackberry and my imac. and i tried retarting it with the blackberry connected and it still didnt work
