I just use the 8520 with BIS from local provider (Telkomsel)

when I write an email from my 8520 and wrote down the name but it is not automatically detected, even though that name is already stored in contacts( include email address).

so also when I forward an email and write email addresses manually, but there is no send option.

please help me.
I use 3 accounts (Yahoo, Gmail, and a personal account the company)

First step is to try a hard reset: With the BlackBerry power on, remove the battery for 30+ seconds. See if that fixes it.

first time its fine, but now when i create email from all my email account, it cant automatically detect email in my contact.

even when i add email address manualy no option to send

already trying to soft reset and hard reset still cant.


please help me...
