I recently bought a used Blackberry 8700c Oracle at a flea market to replace the phone I had as it got wet and worked only on and off lol.

the problem I'm running into is that I haven't got permissions to do anything in/with the phone apparently it goes so far as its denying me permission to enable bluetooth for the phone, does anyone have any ideas how to fix this problem?

when I try to enable bluetooth I get a message that says "Bluetooth has been disabled by your system Administrator" But this isn't a business phone its my personal phone, If I cant find a fix for this I can only assume I've wasted money on the phone (Luckily not much money thank god for flea markets lol)

Thanks guys, got it all out and it seems to be working now as I haven't hit a lock yet on any of the features Appreciate all the help and I'll look over the FAQ even if I don't buy another BB this is the first one I've owned so I don't know how much I'll like it a test drive if you will lol
