I recently installed new software on my phone (Curve) and now I'm having problems with "sound". I can re-boot and it will work sometimes a day or two and sometimes an hour or two.

I rely on my phone as an alarm and freaked this morning. I was already awake but when I picked up my phone it had the message "Daily Alarm", but no sound. The other day I just got off the phone and set it on my desk. A few minutes later, it lit up with a phone number but wasn't ringing.

Does anyone have the same problem??

I am going to hook it up again today and see if it fixes itself . . .

Have you tried removing that new software app?

I re-installed the same update and everything seems to be working so far.
