Default failed validation?!? :?

I have the blackberry curve 8310, and im trying to add applications to it with the blackberry desktop software, but overtime it tries to edit my applications or anything i get a message saying "validation failed because the module marked for add (random numbers) failed the checksum"

what does this mean and how can i fix it so i can add applications to my phone?! please help

You should uninstall a language or unused application .

i tried through blackberry software and that message just keeps popping up when i try, thanks though!
