Default help with BBSAK error

Please Login to Remove!

HP computer with win7

I connect my 9800 to BBSAK to backup my apps and it gave me this error: font "verdana" does not support style "Bold". How do I fix this?

What is "it"? the BB or the PC?

BBsak gave me the error when backingup "callcontrol.cod". I guess BBSAK does not support the font that Call Control app is using. I was hoping for a fix.
