I have a Curve 9300 that is on a BES, when I push the green call button on the screen it enters the letters jk, when I push the menu button it enters yi on the screen, when I push the back button it enters b$ and when I push the disconnect button it enters nm.
I have removed my battery with the device powered on (cannot turn it off) for more then 5 minutes, and no difference.
I was composing a email when this happened, the device is locked down, no new apps have been installed, and the phone is locked down via the BES, only the BES admin can install anything....
The bad part, I cannot call my BES admin as the call button doesn't work and I cannot lookup his number
