Unhappy BBM won't work?

I have a curve8520 model, with T Mobile.
I have the regular contract, and I also pay monthly for internet, bbm and the other services.
Everything's worked fine from December until about a month ago, and now BBM doesn't work, I can't access the internet or get any internet connection whatsoever.
I also can't use the Facebook application that I installed from AppWorld. Also, I can't even access AppWorld - I get an error message saying App World cannot connect to the server - to delete and re download everything.
I've called my provider, but they're not very helpful at all
Is there anything I can do, or should I just keep calling until I get someone useful!?

You need to check with the carrier and make sure that you have a BB data plan activated on your account. Sounds like it might not be.

Have you tried a battery pull to see if that fixes it?

yeah try taking your battery out and waiting a few seconds then putting it back in, im on payg and pay for my bbm monthly but a few times now its stopped working for no apparent reason, it hasnt been due to be paid or anything, i cant so much as open up chats, so when i do this is seems to fix it, ?

Sounds like the Blackberry Data plan is missing from your account. Call T-Mobile
