My BlackBerry Bold 9000 Screen is speckled-white after I've locked the screen & try to unlock it.

I need to press random keys in order to get the box for password to appear visibly, and even then it's just shown as small text-input box amongst the white-speckled "background".

How do I fix this?

I've tried a hard-reset AND updating all software (including core).

Could you please tell me how to fix my ?
