hi, i am having challenges saving pictures to my BB storm 1 9530. when i take a picture it shows saving but if i go back to media to view,it says no picture found

what can i do, this phone hangs/freezes often. i had to do a battery pull out all the time, sometimes thrice or more a day. Some of the buttons too do seize. i can not use the zero (0) now. pls i need help fast.
