Hey all,
So my blackberry curve 9300 3g got slightly wet today, i thought it was alright since it was just damp not wet, but i definitely got a white screen. As soon as this happened ive taken the cover off and put it in a bag of rice with the battery out obviously.
Im just wondering if i could have some input, what does the white screen indicate and will my blackberry dry out and be ok after a couple days or am i hooped.

Hard to tell, but if you left it powered on for very long, then you could have fried the electronics. The white screen could indicate that or perhaps any number of other things, however, I tend to go with the former.

Leave it in the rice for 4 or 5 days before you try it again. If it works, great. If not, then its time for a new device.
