I have a BB 8900 curve and I can't connect to Wi-Fi at home even though other laptops and iPhones do.

The message I get is "Failed to authenticate against the network". I have typed in the password correctly and I'm sitting right next to my router.

Just to check I'm putting in the right info: It asks for Pre Shared Key. I checked my router settings - under Wireless Security, Security Mode is WPA Pre Shared Key; in the box next to WPA Shared Key is the phrase I use.

What should I do, please help!

OK panic over. I just thought I'd try and re-set the router and it did the trick!
