So about 3 days ago, I dropped my blackberry curve in a toilet. WIthout knowing not to do it, I also tried to turn the blackberry back on thinking it was dry. Nothing happened.
Later that day I got home and checked around the internet, and learned about the rice trick. I put it in a bag of rice, 40 hours later I'm here. I tried putting my battery in and a red light comes on the top right of the blackberry; I dont know if I should try to turn it on in case it short circuits. Help :c?

By putting the battery in you DID turn it on.
Unfortunately, it is fried.

Hope it was important to see the BB while in the room!!
