Default debugging to resolve synch problem

Please Login to Remove!

I appear to be having problems synching my address book. I have done what the blackberry site suggested and have created a PtTrace.log and a tif.log file but have no idea what to do next. Thanks,

go to the blackberry site and download desktop manager, it's free. it will do the sync.

Read the instructions. Also it only will sync some address books.

What are you syncing with? I assume Outlook, so what version do you have?

Outlook . . . but I figured out how to do it. BB Community had a solution where you backup the address book on the device, then delete it. Then redo the sync. I also did a repair on the software - just in case. with all that everything is working fine. Thanks all.
