|  Backup and restore problems
Please Login to Remove! Hi i need help please i had software problems with my 8250 which made me to wipe my phone and install another software after updating the software, i went to blackberry protect in order to restore lost info, when i click on the apps on my phone is said ERROR so i downloaded another blackberry protect and overwrote the former one, i then tried to restore my info and data but could not find the old backup this was a new one is there anyway i could get the old backup again.
