Default There are two problems with my blackberry storm 9500.

Please Login to Remove!

There are two problems with my blackberry storm 9500. First, my bb can't charge. So that I can't connect to my PC. Second, what should I do with app error 523? HELP ME!!

You can't fix the App Error 523 without first being able to connect to your PC.
When you connect via the USB, with the BlackBerry Desktop Software loaded on your PC, there is no indication of the Storm connected to the PC? No charging symbol on the homescreen, and no detection of the PIN when you run the Desktop Software?

absolutely! that is the circumstance of my BB. Moreover, my bb cant charge with the charger. I don't know its whether abt the battery or the software?
