I have a problem when I am trying to type a sms and press 2 spots of the screen the same time, I get distorted pixels and the phone blocks, screen going black. I have to remove the battery and wait a couple of minutes in order to be able to use the phone again. Thank you for your time.

Hello again, I went to a repair shop and asked them about the problem. They sad that it's an OS problem. How can I erase the OS completely from BB and reinstall it so that it would have effect on the message system also. Because I tried to update the OS and it didn't work, still having problems. Thank you for your time.
